What they're looking for

• An experienced B2B marketer. 6–8+ years of marketing experience with direct exposure to a sales-aligned or account-based motion.
• Healthcare-tested. You've worked directly with hospitals and health systems — payer-only or life-sciences-only backgrounds don't meet this bar.
• Hands-on with CRM/martech. You're comfortable working inside a CRM or marketing platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar) to pull and act on your own data.
• Measurement-minded. You're skeptical of activity metrics and know how to separate real signal — account or pipeline movement — from noise.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. You propose next steps rather than waiting for direction.
