Responsibilities

We're hiring an experienced Growth Marketer to build and own our product-led growth motion: the engine that turns clinicians who hear about Abridge into clinicians who use it every day, and turns that usage into expansion.

• Run a high-velocity experimentation program. Set the hypothesis backlog, test design standards, and readout cadence.
• Own paid marketing and the paid budget. Run point on all paid activity across paid social, Google, programmatic, and OOH.
• Connect bottoms-up adoption to enterprise pipeline. Partner with Sales and RevOps to define product-qualified signals, route them to the right teams, and show how usage drives…

What they're looking for

• 10+ years of growth marketing experience, with at least 4 years owning product-led growth at a high-growth software company; AI company experience preferred
• A track record of moving activation, conversion, or retention metrics at scale, and the funnel math to show it
• Deep experimentation skills: Experiment across channels and tactics to drive user acquisition and translate results into scalable playbooks
• Hands-on experience running paid programs across paid social, search, programmatic, and OOH, including owning the budget and reporting on its return
• Strong B2C instincts in a B2B setting: you know how to reach and activate end users, and how their adoption earns the economic buyer's attention
