These terms apply to the visibility options employers buy on Tokn, sold by NOCODABLE. They are reserved for professionals. Posting a job is free and governed by the terms of use.
1. Options and prices
Job listings are free: each posted job stays online for 60 days and can be renewed for free. The paid options, excluding VAT, are:
- Boost · 7 days: €49. Top of the results for its role and city, with a badge.
- Boost · 30 days: €129. A month at the top of the results, with a badge.
- 5 boosts · 30 days: €499. Five 30-day boosts to use on any of your jobs within 6 months.
- Newsletter feature: €79. Your job at the top of the next daily newsletter, marked as sponsored.
The prices in force are the ones shown when you order, on the recruiters page and in your employer space.
2. Order and payment
Payment is made online by card through Stripe, at the time of ordering. VAT is added according to your country and status; businesses in the European Union can enter their VAT number. An invoice is emailed after payment. Tokn never stores your card details.
3. Boosts and credits
A boost starts as soon as payment is confirmed, or when the boost already running on the job ends. The job then shows first in search and on its role and city pages, with a “Featured” badge, among other boosted jobs.
Pack credits are valid 6 months from payment and can be used on any job of your company. If a boosted job goes offline before its boost ends (removed from your careers page, expired or closed), the days left become a credit valid 6 months. Unused credits expire without refund.
A newsletter feature puts the job in the next daily newsletter, labelled as sponsored.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of your jobs and for their compliance with the law, including non-discrimination and an accurate salary range. We may refuse or remove a job that is unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or unrelated to a real opening; its boost days then become a credit. Candidates apply on your site: you handle applications and the personal data they contain.
5. Cancellation and refunds
As a professional purchase, there is no withdrawal period, and options are not refunded once started; unused boost days are kept as a credit as described above. If an option can't be delivered because of us, it is refunded in full.
6. Liability
Tokn shows your jobs to its audience but doesn't guarantee a number of views, clicks or hires. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the option concerned.
