What they're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or site-lead capacity
• Hands-on experience managing a contract security guard force, including staffing, scheduling, post orders, training, and performance accountability
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills, with experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and holding partners to consistent service standards
• Experience developing or managing life safety programs, including fire and evacuation plans, emergency action plans, and conducting drills
• Comfort leading incident response for physical security events in an urban environment, including de-escalation, documentation, and coordination with law enforcement when needed
