West Coast Communications Manager

Responsibilities

We are looking for a West Coast Communications Manager to serve as a key partner to the Head of Communications, helping manage day-to-day comms operations. In this role, you will help build a systematic media engine and deepen relationships across tech, AI, business, and emerging media.

• Own the day-to-day management of communications priorities, partnering closely with the Head of Communications to keep the team's execution sharp and on schedule
• Build and maintain comms calendars, trackers, and agendas that keep announcements, media moments, and events organized and on track
• Coordinate internal workflows across announcements, media opportunities, speaking engagements, and events, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Executive…

• Bachelors degree in related or adjacent field
• 5-7 years of tech/AI or corporate communications experience
• Strong understanding of the tech/AI, startup, and SF media landscape
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing and communications skills
