Sr. Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager who is a true specialist in paid social performance marketing. You’ll manage our paid social campaigns end-to-end: platform partnerships, testing and measurement, driving web and app conversions at scale across markets.

• Own Paid Social channel performance globally: manage campaigns optimizing for web and app conversions, subscriptions, and growth KPIs across multiple geographies and markets.
• Drive full-funnel results: manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing to consistently hit CPA and ROAS targets at scale
• Manage platform partnerships: own the relationship with paid social channel reps, including beta access, product roadmap input, billing, and spend reconciliation.
• Own analysis and reporting: run proactive weekly performance analyses, using Excel and other tools to diagnose trends and surface opportunities.
• Navigate app campaign complexity: own tracking setup (Conversions API), MMP integration (Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), and mobile attribution nuance across platforms
