Responsibilities

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of experience shipping impactful digital products, ideally within complex domains. Experience with AI-powered products is a plus.
• A strong track record of taking meaningful design initiatives from concept through launch and demonstrating an impact on users and the business.
• The ability to bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous problems, adapting your approach and level of ownership to the needs of the work.
• A high craft bar that you consistently meet and help others elevate. You care deeply about the details while maintaining sight of the larger product experience.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence partners across functions.
