Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations

What they're looking for

• 10+ years in marketing strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, management consulting, or a similar role supporting a CMO, GM, or business unit leader
• You've owned a sizable marketing or departmental budget end to end and can talk about spend, forecast, and variance the way Finance does
• You've built or run a planning cycle (annual or half-year, OKRs) and an operating cadence for a leadership team
• You've drafted board or executive materials for a senior leader and know the difference between a readout and a narrative
• Experience with headcount planning and hiring operations alongside a Talent team
