Job summary

Responsibilities

This team brings our DaaS (Data-as-a-Service) platform to government and regulated enterprise customers. You’ll lead the engineering team that takes the services behind DaaS and makes them run securely in regulated, high-assurance infrastructure, without forking the product.

What they're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong hands-on technical depth
• 2+ years in an engineering management role, leading a team of engineers
• 2+ years experience hands-on experience deploying into government or other regulated cloud environments with isolated, air-gapped, or otherwise restricted networks
• Experience designing, building, and operating scaled systems in production in the cloud, including infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and containerized services
• Deep technical fluency: you can go deep in architecture and design reviews and propose meaningful changes, not just manage from a distance
