What they're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in online child safety, Trust & Safety operations, criminal investigations, or a closely related field, including 2+ years leading or supervising a team.

• Skilled in crisis and escalation management, with the ability to make sound, defensible decisions under pressure and navigate ambiguity in time-sensitive, high-impact situations.
• Able to apply SpaceXSI safety policies with judgment, weighing the protection of minors against free expression in the global public square.
• Proficient in data analysis with hands-on experience using LLMs, SQL, or Python to extract insights, identify emerging abuse vectors, and optimize operational performance.
