Senior Product Manager, Commerce Platform

Job summary

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager for our Commerce Platform, you will own product direction for the billing systems and purchase flows that power paid products across Grok, X, Grok Bot, and Cursor. This is a technical product role.

• Own the product roadmap for the commerce platform billing system across Grok, X, Grok Bot, and Cursor
• Define requirements and drive delivery for purchase flows, including checkout, paywalls, upsell, and promotional offers
• Lead triage of billing issues at scale. Set priorities, coordinate fixes with engineering, and close the loop with support and finance
• Drive the unification of the subscription system across apps and the integration of SpaceXAI payments into the Starlink payment network
• Manage product requirements across payment rails, including Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience on large-scale consumer applications
• Strong product management background with deep experience building large-scale, high-stakes systems (Monetization, subscriptions, or fintech, billing, payments, or transactional…
• Technical depth to read and write production code and to hold architecture discussions with engineers
• Strong track record shipping and operating complex backend-heavy products for consumer applications at scale
• Passion for revenue-generating products and creating exceptional user experiences
