We are seeking an independent, adaptive, and operations-minded Regulatory Operations Analyst to help scale and evolve OpenAI’s global regulatory and compliance operations from San Francisco.

• Have 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal operations, and trust & safety, preferably in a global or high-growth tech environment
• Have translated content moderation or online safety requirements into operational workflows and can navigate evolving global frameworks as it relates to AI
• Have partnered with in-house legal counsel, DPOs, or external regulators on audits, inquiries or escalations
• Understand tiered support structures and have worked with vendor operations at scale
• Bring a structured automation first, systems mindset to operational governance and risk evaluation
