Job summary

Responsibilities

As a Receiving Specialist supporting SpaceXSI data center operations, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely receipt, inspection, and processing of high-value materials and equipment (servers, GPUs, networking gear, power systems, cooling infrastructure, and other critical components).

• Receive all materials/packages and transact receipts in the ERP/WMS system; process hold or exception packages as required
• Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantities, and specifications
• Create/print routing labels and other required identifiers for received material
• File and maintain accurate records of incoming paperwork and documentation
• Interface with carriers, internal customers, purchasing, and other departments to resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues related to receipt and distribution

What they're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience in a receiving role
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, technology, or data center environment
• Experience with ERP systems and scanning equipment (RF scanner, handheld scanner, etc.)
