Responsibilities

As a member of the Product Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the operational backbone of Glean’s product development while helping foster a thriving, connected Product team community.

• Design the operating rhythm. Build the roadmap cadence, launch reviews, and
• Drive cross-functional alignment. Operates at the intersection of R&D, GTM, and
• Run programs to completion. Take messy, cross-functional work and push it across
• Close the voice-of-customer loop. Turn support tickets, sales calls, and usage signals
• Own the written record. Document decisions clearly, communicate at the right altitude

What they're looking for

• 5-8+ years in Product Ops, TPM, or PM with strong discovery and analytics skills in a B2B or B2B2C environment, working with enterprise customers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Systems thinking. You see the whole workflow and design processes that scale without
• Influence without authority. You align people by being useful and credible, not by
• Program management rigor. You keep many threads moving and know what "done"
