Operations Generalist

Responsibilities

We're looking for an Operations Generalist to join our ops team. You'll work across people operations, compliance, finance ops, and the cross-functional projects that keep a scaling company running. This isn't a pure people ops role.

• Work across people operations day to day — contracts, onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee check-ins — and grow into building people programs over time: feedback loops…
• Pick up and drive operational projects as they arise: compliance certifications (ISO, HIPAA, SOC 2), data mapping, procurement, travel and expense policies
• Automate and improve the operational backbone — better integrations, fewer manual steps, fewer things falling through the cracks
• Coordinate across teams on cross-functional problems and step in wherever the ops team needs support as Granola grows
