EMEA Deal Strategy & Operations Lead

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Deal Strategy & Operations Lead to join our growing Deal Strategy & Operations team. This role serves as a critical partner to our EMEA sales organization, enabling efficient deal execution while maintaining pricing integrity and revenue quality.

• Own the deal strategy across our EMEA sales team
• Quarterback non-standard deals through the contracting cycle & internal approval processes in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams (Sales Leadership, Legal…
• Master and help evolve deal policies, including contract terms, pricing & packaging, contractual requirements, etc.
• Partner with Account Executives on forming deals, and help translate deal structures to Order Forms for complex deals in partnership with Commercial Legal
• Create operational processes, process documentation, and enable Sales Teams on best practices, tools, and workflows to ensure effective deal execution
