We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Deployment Engineering team in North America. This isn't a typical management role - we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and leads from the front: technically sharp, hands-on, and relentlessly focused on impact.

• Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers focused on building agentic solutions with North in on-premises environments.
• Take ownership of customer success from technical implementation through delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape how we deliver AI to enterprises.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders on the customer end.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, focusing on bringing agentic solutions to every step of the development process.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise software at scale, with focus on agentic applications
