Responsibilities

As the Facility Operations Lead for Commissioning & Delivery within the Data Center Infrastructure organization, you will lead the commissioning, turn-up, and delivery of new capacity across Anthropic’s growing fleet of data center infrastructure.

• Define the commissioning and delivery strategy for new capacity, including commissioning plans, acceptance criteria, schedule milestones, and reporting methods.
• Oversee third-party L1–L5 commissioning, turn-up, and handover to operations of facility infrastructure such as switch gear, technology cooling systems, and computer room air…
• Define expectations and standards to enable third-party commissioning agents, contractors, and operators to succeed in each of the critical facility domains.
• Create standards for functional and integrated systems testing, minimizing risk, and effectively tracking and resolving deficiencies, excursions, and incidents during turn-up.
• Develop innovative approaches to accelerate time to capacity and improve equipment availability while minimizing cost and complexity.
