Responsibilities

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead mission-critical build efforts for on-site power generation. As a key on-site leader, you’ll bring credibility, expertise, and steady leadership to fast-paced, high-impact plant projects.

• Oversee end-to-end project execution from pre-construction and site development through mechanical completion, commissioning, energization, and turnover to operations.
• Coordinate multiple vendors across civil, mechanical, process, and electrical scopes — including gas turbine packages, generators, fuel gas and BOP systems, e-houses, protection…
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to schedule, quality, safety, and operational readiness for first fire, synchronization, and commercial operation.
• Drive progress on generation and BOP construction, resolving field roadblocks so turbine, electrical, and process work stay sequenced and on track.

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale power generation, industrial plant, or other mission-critical construction projects.
• Deep expertise in construction management, commissioning, and site operations.
• Proven ability to lead on-site with authority and build trust with vendors, OEMs, partners, and technical teams.
• Experience managing large programs with multiple vendors and dynamic priorities.
• Strong communication skills across disciplines, from field updates to technical escalations.
