UX Validation Lead

Job summary

Responsibilities

We are looking for a founding UX Validation Lead to build and lead our UX/HMI validation practice from the ground up. You will define the bridge between early-stage HMI concepts and production-grade software quality.

• Define and drive the end-to-end HMI/UX validation strategy, establishing quality standards for display logic, control flows, and user experience across the platform.

What they're looking for

• 7+ years of software validation experience, with significant depth in UI/UX, display, or HMI testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience owning a validation domain, defining test strategy, methodology, and automation infrastructure from the ground up.
• Strong background in automated UI testing and validation, including frameworks such as Appium and end-to-end test planning from requirements through release sign-off.
• Experience with Linux, QNX, or Android Automotive (AAOS), with an understanding of automotive networking (CAN, Ethernet) and its interaction with HMI systems.
