• The realities of bringing complex compute hardware from post-silicon evaluation into a manufacturable and supportable product.
• The dependencies that connect engineering decisions with supply chain execution, ODM coordination, manufacturing readiness, validation, and customer support.
• Ways to build effective release plans around performance targets, system validation, compliance, reliability, and production readiness.
• New approaches to leading through ambiguity, building trust across functions, and helping technical teams make progress on difficult problems.
