Staff Product Manager, New Verticals

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Product Manager, New Verticals to define, build, and scale AI agent–powered solutions for Harvey’s most strategic customers – enabling successful deployments and uncovering new solutions to unlock new opportunities for Harvey.

• Partner directly with strategic accounts to uncover high-impact workflows and translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable product definitions for agent-powered…
• Lead discovery for your assigned accounts and verticals, developing a deep understanding of user intentions, data constraints, workflows, and success criteria.
• Map workflows to the broader product, identifying where out-of-the-box agent capabilities fit and where custom development is needed.
• Drive deployments end to end—working with forward deployed engineering and customer teams to implement, test, and refine agent solutions.
• Define and track success metrics for the verticals you support, ensuring solutions deliver measurable productivity and quality outcomes.

What they're looking for

• 8+ years of work experience
• Background in professional services (legal, consulting, banking, or adjacent fields) with experience operating in complex, high-stakes workflows.
• 3+ years of product management experience or closely related roles (e.g., solutions, forward deployed engineering, product consulting).
• Experience working in B2B or enterprise environments, ideally with AI, automation, or workflow tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to ship and iterate on enterprise-grade software or high-complexity solutions.
