• Drive product definition (MRD/PRD), SKU strategy, and commercial positioning for silicon photonics products focusing on the Passage interconnect platform, evaluation systems, and…
• Drive strategic industry partnerships to ensure the availability of key optical hardware solutions (lasers, fibers, connectors, and components).
• Manage product rollouts to lead customers and oversee complete lifecycle management from early development through volume production.
• Partner with sales to win key accounts by creating high-impact customer proposals, technical collaterals, and ROI/value proposition frameworks.
• Establish pricing guidelines, margin models, and revenue forecasts to ensure competitive market positioning and profitability.

• 10+years of related experience with 6+ years in product management, marketing, applications engineering, and business development roles driving high-complexity semiconductor…
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Proven track record driving products from initial business definition through design-in, volume production, and end-of-life (EOL).
• Deep experience with datacenter-deployed technology, including the management, provisioning, operation, and maintenance of optical components.
