As a Sr. Engineering Manager on the Agentic Service Platform team, you will be responsible for building the foundational service frameworks and runtime infrastructure that power every microservice at Databricks.

• Own and set the multi-year technical strategy and organizational roadmap for a critical, cross-cutting domain within the agentic service platform.
• Drive and ensure the predictable, high-quality delivery of complex, multi-quarter/multi-year strategic initiatives, often spanning multiple teams and product areas.
• Champion the career development and growth of engineers and managers, including coaching senior (L5/L6) ICs and guiding line managers.
• Proactively align and influence product and engineering leadership across multiple partner organizations to ensure the long-term success of the platform.
