Wayve is not a mature, fully-structured place with the playbook already written. Much of how we work is still being written, and if you join, you’ll help write it. That suits people who want real ownership more than people who need a settled structure from day one.

• Building and improving tooling, automation, observability, and incident-management processes for vehicle software reliability
• Partnering closely with field engineers, software teams, and operations to diagnose reliability issues and improve system performance
• Owning hands-on debugging across Linux, low-level systems, logs, metrics, traces, and vehicle and production data
• Developing reliability improvements that reduce manual intervention and make issue detection, triage, and recovery faster
• Supporting vehicle-centric operations, including safety-operator tools and the reliability needs of our customer and partner programmes
