Responsibilities

Pigment is seeking an experienced AI Scientist with a strong CS background and experience with GenAI and Agentic Architectures to join our innovative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will work on AI projects and play a crucial part in developing and refining our product.

• Work on AI features built on top of the Pigment computation engine that provides determinism, auditability and data visualizations
• Work on AI features with an ambitious product vision, that are actively used, have a real world impact and are built to last

• Conduct experiments and benchmarking to assess the performance of various models and architectures

What they're looking for

• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python, and relevant ML and GenAI libraries (e.g., langchain, langgraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Hands-on experience evaluating pre-trained models, and fine tuning or training models
• Experience in the recent developments of Agentic Architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
