Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and creative AI Engineer to join our team. As an essential contributor to our mission of transforming healthcare, you'll play a leading role in building AI-driven solutions that directly influence clinical research and, ultimately, improve patient care.

• Choose and orchestrate the right models to process and analyze multimodal data
• Design and implement cutting-edge RAG techniques to efficiently handle large medical documents and patient histories
• Build agentic systems to revolutionize key aspects of drug development such as patient recruitment or site selection
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (software engineers, product managers, data engineers) to seamlessly integrate AI into our platform
• Implement robust and scalable pipelines that meet production-grade engineering standards

What they're looking for

• Hands-on professional experience on LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, RAG setup, agent setup, LLM observability tools etc.), 1 year in a production environment (not a pet project)
• Python proficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, oral and written, both English and French
• Strong product mindset able to challenge the product roadmap directly with our CPO
