Responsibilities

By joining us in this role, you will become part of a multidisciplinary team (data, programming, game & narrative design, animation, and more), driven by a simple yet ambitious question: among all the possibilities offered by generative AI, which ones are truly interesting and fun for gameplay?

Participating in the scoping and design of AI-driven game features;
Ensuring the technology is accessible and usable by different departments;
Guaranteeing prompt content consistency across environments by testing how changes impact performance (error correction, divergence detection, rewording and clarification), while…
Helping define and promote best practices for prompt engineering and supporting teams in implementing them;
Contributing to the creation of both manual and automated test scenarios in collaboration with QA and AI teams;

Passionate about video games, with at least one prior experience in a tech company;
Proven experience designing prompts for various tasks and across multiple providers. You’re familiar with concepts like agents and function calling, reasoning strategies…
Solid understanding of several language models (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, Qwen, SentenceBERT, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and their key differences;
Fluent in both English, written and spoken (French is a plus). You are also known for your strong writing skills;
Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to translate user needs into clear specifications;
