AI is being built by many companies at once. Model labs train more capable models, hyperscalers provide infrastructure and distribution, developers build new AI products, and a growing set of tools gives agents more to work with.

• Own customer-facing features end to end, from understanding who you're building for through design, launch, and iteration.
• Build platforms and systems that scale and perform well in production, not one-off features or scaffolding.
• Ship in phases, working directly with internal and external customers to validate and iterate along the way instead of betting on a single big launch.
• Weigh competing customer requests and make clear prioritization calls based on impact.
• Work closely with product, design, forward deployed engineering, and go-to-market teams as a peer, contributing ideas rather than just implementing specs.
