Job summary

Responsibilities

Gladia sells to very different buyers — from developers at AI startups to product and engineering leaders at large voice platforms such as contact centers. We need one clear, sharp story for each of them, and the tools that help our sales team tell it.

• Positioning & messaging — Define Gladia's positioning and messaging for each customer segment, and keep it consistent across sales, marketing, and product
• Market & user research — Lead market analysis (including TAM sizing) and take part in product and customer interviews, so our positioning and roadmap are grounded in real market…
• Sales enablement — Build the materials our sales team uses every day: battlecards, one-pagers, objection handling, pitch narratives, and outbound sequence content
• Product launches — Own the go-to-market for product launches, from positioning to launch plan, working across Product, Marketing, and Sales — including writing the key launch…
• Competitive intelligence — Track the competitive landscape and turn it into clear, usable insights for the team

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, API, or infrastructure companies
• A track record of building positioning and sales enablement that sales teams actually use
• Experience running product launches end-to-end
• A strong connection with Product: you enjoy working closely with product teams and turning market insight into product input
• Comfortable with technical products — you can understand an API and explain its value to both technical and business buyers
