We're looking for a Product Designer who can blend tools and HMI design to shape the software our fleet, mission control, and vehicle management systems run on. As part of Applied Intuition's design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the design direction of this new project with…

• Lead design across fleet management, mission control systems, OTA update flows, vehicle management software, and our internal "workbench" vehicle OS tooling.
• Move fluidly between defense and commercial/trucking use cases, treating them as related design problems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create and validate design solutions across tools and vehicle interfaces.
• Work quickly to ship new features in fast release cycles.
• Take on significant ownership and autonomy — this role is designed as an accelerator for someone ready to lead.

What they're looking for

• 5-7 years of experience in product, tools, or interaction design, spanning enterprise, commercial, or consumer-facing products.
• Bachelors' degree in design or relevant field
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset — comfort taking ownership of ambiguous problems with minimal oversight.
