What they're looking for

  • You’ll own a product area end-to-end: problem framing, vision, prioritisation, shipping, and measuring whether we actually help members get and stay better.
  • You’ll work daily with engineers, ML engineers, data, and doctors, at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems, and see your work in production with real people.
  • You’ll navigate ambiguity and many stakeholders across Alan, and turn it into clear decisions and a focused roadmap.
  • You’ll be hands-on: prototyping, digging into data, reading conversations and evals, getting into the technical details with the team.
  • You’ll contribute to our product culture and help build the team (hiring, interview loops, etc.).
