Responsibilities

TL;DR - We're looking for a hands-on paid marketer to run search and display across Google, Microsoft, The Trade Desk and emerging channels such as ChatGPT ads. You'll build agents with Lovable that read performance, move budgets, catch issues, and make changes.

• Run paid search and display end to end. Own the channels across Google, Microsoft, The Trade Desk and emerging AI surfaces like ChatGPT Ads.
• Automate the day-to-day. Build agents and automations with Lovable that read performance, pace and shift budgets, flag issues before they cost us, and make the changes.
• Scale through creative. Keep a steady supply of diversified assets in market, and know which creative to push when.
• Go programmatic where it pays. Use a DSP (DV360, Criteo, or The Trade Desk) to extend into prospecting, retargeting, and new inventory, and hold the same efficiency bar there as…
• Protect the signal. This is where your technical depth shows up, and you deliver it yourself rather than handing it to a data team.
