• People Integration Architecture & Strategy. Define and own the integration architecture across our People technology ecosystem, with the HRIS at its core.
• AI & Intelligent Automation. Build the AI-native integration layer that enables employees, managers and the People team to interact with systems in new ways.
• Security, Reliability & Governance. Establish the technical controls that make our integrations and AI capabilities secure, observable and dependable.
• Technical Leadership & Engineering Excellence. Act as the technical authority for People integrations and AI architecture.

What they're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise integrations, software engineering or technology architecture, including significant hands-on experience designing and building integrations…
• Deep technical expertise in integrating major enterprise HRIS platforms, including complex employee data flows, security models, APIs and downstream system dependencies.
• Strong experience with APIs, integration patterns and middleware or iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Strong command of REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JSON, XML, XSLT, and webhooks
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
