• Act as an externalised technical export engaged by our partners in key pre-sales opportunities or transformations to lock Pennylane at Partner or customer site.
• Co-lead demos and technical workshops with partners and Sales Account Executives for mid-sized business prospects.
• Design integration architectures between Pennylane and the customer's information systems (ERP, CRM, industry-specific tools, PA/PDP platforms, banks) using the API, connectors…
• Respond to security and architecture questionnaires (authentication, SSO/MFA, OAuth2, hosting).
• Troubleshoot ongoing integrations: API errors, e-invoicing rejections (Factur-X, UBL, CII, BR-FR rules) and connector configuration issues.

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, integration consulting or Solutions Engineering, ideally at a SaaS vendor or an ERP/accounting systems integrator.
• Strong command of REST APIs: OAuth2 and token-based authentication, webhooks, Postman, and reading JSON/XML payloads. Scripting skills are a plus.
• A solid understanding of accounting and finance: journal entries, account matching, VAT, cost accounting and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of e-invoicing (Factur-X, UBL, CII, PA/PDP, PPF/directory, e-reporting) is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with the Sage, Cegid, EBP or mid-market ERP ecosystem is appreciated.
