• Hire, onboard, and develop the first Applied AI Architects on the Security team. Coach senior and early-career architects differently, and give each one clear goals.
• Decide where the team spends its time: which segments and account types come first, which deals get architect coverage, and how to say no clearly when demand outruns headcount.
• Partner with security account executives on joint account plans, regular pipeline and forecast reviews, and deals where the customer’s security review sets the close date.
• Guide customers from discovery through evaluations and proofs of concept with written success criteria. Then take them from one-time code scans to sustained workloads…
• Work alongside the security ISVs, systems integrators, and managed security providers already in our customers’ accounts.
