Harvey's Custom Solutions team builds tailored AI tools for leading strategic customers. The team scopes, designs and implements custom agents, playbooks and prompts to address high-priority use cases.

• Establish a clear understanding of Harvey's platform and the process for building solutions (you're not expected to be a platform expert on day one, but you should be interested…
• Scope, design and build custom agents, playbooks and prompts for key strategic customers.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements, map their processes and turn needs into working solutions.
• Prototype, test and iterate, including piloting Harvey features prior to general release.
• Communicate market feedback to Product and Engineering, surfacing the opportunities for enhancements that will be most impactful.

What they're looking for

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales
• 3+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer at a top-tier firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Curiosity about testing various approaches, evaluating deliverable quality and optimizing for customer outcomes and experience.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results.
• Interest in driving positive change in the legal industry through AI.
