What they're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, technical training, or learning program management.
• Strong foundation in adult learning, instructional design, needs analysis, and learning assessment.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise or similar learning-authoring tools.
• Proven ability to translate complex business, technical, and operational requirements into structured, practical learning solutions.
• Experience developing training across multiple formats, including in-LMS, e-learning, documentation, presentations, video, and instructor-led/ hands-on learning.
