Responsibilities

We are looking for a Head of Business Systems to build and lead the systems, processes, and technology foundation that enables our company to scale.

• Established a clear business systems architecture and roadmap aligned to company growth.
• Improved the reliability and scalability of the company's most critical enterprise platforms.
• Reduced manual work and operational friction through automation and process redesign.
• Established a clear strategy and governance model for AI tooling and delivered high-value AI-enabled workflows across the business.
• Created stronger ownership and governance for business applications and core business data.

What they're looking for

• 12+ years of experience across Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, IT, Business Technology, or related functions.
• 5+ years leading teams in a rapidly growing or complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of large-scale enterprise application portfolios and transformation initiatives.
• Deep experience with one or more major enterprise platforms such as Salesforce,, NetSuite, Oracle, Billing platforms, or comparable systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, APIs, workflow automation, identity, data governance, and SaaS operating models.
