Responsibilities

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build the web and organic growth engine for SMB advertisers at OpenAI. This is a zero-to-one opportunity to shape how businesses discover our advertising platform, understand its value, and become successful advertisers.

• Own the SMB Ads web strategy and roadmap to grow qualified discovery, signup, and advertiser activation.
• Grow organic discovery through search, content, and GEO. Test new ways to help businesses find and evaluate OpenAI’s advertising offering.
• Analyze journeys, funnels, and cohorts to identify conversion barriers and prioritize high-impact improvements.
• Run experiments across landing pages, messaging, navigation, personalization, offers, and conversion flows. Use results to guide the roadmap.
• Improve the journey from website visit to signup, onboarding, and first campaign with Product and Ads Engineering.

What they're looking for

• Experience building web and organic growth programs for SMBs or self-serve advertising platforms.
• Track record improving conversion from website discovery through signup and first campaign activation.
• Experience growing qualified traffic through SEO, content, and generative engine optimization (GEO).
• Hands-on experience testing landing pages, personalization, and onboarding flows to drive incremental growth.
• Experience implementing web instrumentation, attribution, and experimentation tools with technical partners.
