Own the full growth experimentation cycle - from spotting opportunities in the funnel to shipping, measuring, and deciding what to kill or double down on
Build and iterate on activation, onboarding, sharing, and retention flows that turn first-time users into daily habits
Partner with product, marketing, and data to surface growth levers and ship improvements that compound over time
Develop the experimentation infrastructure (A/B testing, attribution tracking, analytics tooling), so teams can move fast and learn faster
Translate user behaviour and funnel data into practical product or engineering changes that improve outcomes

What they're looking for

5+ years of experience in growth, product, or full stack engineering, ideally with end-to-end ownership of experimentation, optimisation or conversion work
Strong product sense and user experience, you can see problems from multiple sides and build for all of them.
Good understanding of metrics, success measurement and iteration
Experience in a high-velocity startup or an environment where you've had to move fast, define your own priorities, and ship without a detailed spec
Comfort working across the growth stack - TypeScript, React, Node.js, product analytics tools and A/B testing infrastructure
