• Own products end to end, from an ambiguous problem to shipped, reliable software: Go services (Gin, sqlc) and React/TypeScript frontends (Vite) on Postgres
• Build with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) and LLM APIs every day, while keeping a high bar for quality: tests, code review, safe migrations, and careful deploys
• Build data pipelines and integrations with company systems of record (Workday, Slack, Jira), with versioned schema migrations (Alembic)
• Deploy and run what you ship on GCP and AWS (ECS, RDS, Terraform), with CI/CD in GitHub Actions and your own monitoring and alerting
• Retire legacy Python/Flask systems by migrating their data and APIs onto the modern service platform without disrupting the people who depend on them

What they're looking for

• BS in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience building software products with a large user base
• Experience with a major cloud provider (GCP and/or AWS) and relational databases
• Comfort building with AI coding tools
• Strong SQL and experience analyzing data: defining metrics, separating signal from noise, and explaining findings to non-technical audiences
