Responsibilities

As Director of Product Marketing for Databricks AI, you will lead and develop a high-performing team while overseeing the end-to-end marketing strategy across Agent Bricks, our enterprise agent platform, and core machine learning products.

• Own the marketing strategy and planning, ensuring alignment across teams and consistent execution
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous development
• Build and land collaterals for key channels across sales, partner, and demand generation, including content campaigns and events
• Establish and operationalize an always-on go-to-market plan and pilot new programs with a strong focus on winning AI mindshare, driving pipeline, and product adoption
• Build a strong and collaborative partnership with product and engineering teams to launch new products
