Responsibilities

As an AI Solutions Manager, you’ll partner with some of the most innovative AI/ML teams in the world. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption, shaping product use cases, and ensuring our customers succeed in leveraging AI to achieve real-world impact.

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts: account plans, regular touchpoints, usage monitoring, QBRs, and renewals
• Conduct discovery with customer’s AI/ML teams to understand their goals, share the Arize vision, demonstrate product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, including Forward Deployed AI Engineers, to address complex customer needs, ensure smooth implementation, and advise on technical best practices.
• Run QBRs to demonstrate account value, identify areas of opportunity, and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Proactively monitor product usage across your accounts to further gauge account health

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, technical account management, or technical consulting at a tech company
• Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows or the agent development lifecycle, demonstrated through hands-on work, formal education, or self-study
• Proven ability to demo a technical product and connect it to business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to understand Python or SQL scripts
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
