• Build almost entirely through coding agents: Claude Code is the workflow, not a pilot running alongside it, for implementation, codebase exploration, documentation, debugging…
• Decompose problems into work an agent can actually execute, give it context without over-constraining it, and tell the difference between correct and merely plausible

What they're looking for

• Around 2-5 years of professional engineering experience. We care more about your slope than your years.
